Zenspin Studio is a group fitness boutique offering spin, barre, and yoga classes with locations in Jonesboro and Little Rock, Arkansas. Zenspin is proud to be a one stop shop for all of your fitness needs. We offer 2 styles of indoor cycling, 3 styles of barre, and 3 styles of yoga to be sure that you avoid fitness plateaus and boredom with your routine. Our highly trained instructors are here to motivate you and encourage you every step of the way, all while monitoring you to be sure you maintain proper form.  The best part? All new clients get their first week of classes FREE!

ZenCycle

ZenCycle is not your typical indoor cycling class- it’s an energy filled ride set to the beat of invigorating club music. The choreography employed in this class brings not only a “dance” vibe, but a MAJOR fun factor! ZenCycle is a full body workout: it engages your core and includes an upper body portion using light hand weights. Get ready for the ride of your life!

HIIT Cycle

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This method employs intervals of maximum exertion followed by intervals of recovery. This burns major calories, blasts fat, and helps to build a strong, healthy heart. In this class we combine 25-30 minutes of HIIT on the bike followed by 15-20 minutes of strength training on the floor.

Sweat Cycle 

This is our traditional ZenCycle class done in a room heated 75-80 degrees. Burn Calories, blast fat & detox your body & mind! Come hydrated and be ready for the sweatiest, steamiest ride of your life! 

BarreAmped

BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach.

BarreAmped Bootcamp (Extreme Cardio)

Rev up your metabolism, torch calories & burn serious fat in this class which combines classic BarreAmped exercises with short bursts of cardio in Tabata style; 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. As we say in class, "You can do anything for 20 seconds!" 

BarreAmped Fire

BarreAmped Fire is our toughest class. It relies heavily on the client's proven technique, flexibility and strength. This class employs full range of motion, quick transitions, elements of cardio and advanced dynamic stretching for a class that is sure to bring the BURN! 10 classic BarreAmped classes are a recommended prerequisite.

Restorative Yoga

In this class we gently warm the room, play soothing and inspiring music, and connect with our breath for a slower approach to deeper stretches. This is the opposite of Hatha or powerful yoga. In this class we get deep into the muscle by holding poses up to five minutes. You will leave the stress of the week on your mat and begin Monday feeling relaxed, renewed, and restored. 

Barkan Style Hot Yoga (Little Rock Only)

This class is heated 90-95 degrees to allow for deeper release in the muscles, to avoid injury, and to promote sweating for detoxification. This class is all-levels friendly as our highly skilled instructors will help each client find the appropriate positioning for their ability level. Please come well hydrated with an open heart and mind and be ready to sweat

Hot Yoga Power Hour (Little Rock Only)

This class is heated 90-95 degrees to allow for deeper release in the muscles, to avoid injury, and to promote sweating for detoxification. This class is action packed to provide you an intense & powerful workout in just 60 minutes. Please come well hydrated and be ready to sweat!

Power Yoga (Jonesboro Only)

Power Yoga is a vigorous and challenging yoga class employing a combination of postures to build stamina, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class has a different sequence and flow. This class is all-levels friendly
